  I have been attending these classes since June 2010 and this was the first time that I had ever experienced Pilates. Debbie (the instructor) put me at ease from the start, being the only 'newbie' for the class I was not made to feel like this at all. The class accomodates all abilities and ages. Debbie allows you to work to your prefered level, whilst giving encouragment to push yourself. Clear instruction is given with demonstration which always helps! Having an instructor with a sense of humour is great and an hour class goes very quickly! The benefits of pilates for 'toning' are huge and you will feel the benefits of a class from day one!! A welcoming, adaptable class - highly recommended!!
