  I was so disappointed to have to wait 9 working days only to receive a clearly previously used box with a completely smashed light inside. On inspection it was so poorly packaged that it would have been a miracle for it not to have been smashed by the time it reached me.
  My disappointment was compounded by then speaking to the customer service team who instead of apologising and refunding me (as I now have no confidence in them to safely send a replacement in a timely manner), insisted that I risk personal injury to send them a picture of the broken glass. Oh and to top it all I'm meant to pay for the privilege of returning a box full of broken glass in the post! Please don't make the same mistake as me and look elsewhere for your lights. I understand that errors can occur but the making of a company is how such errors are dealt with and in this case it was very poor indeed.
